The Emergency Food Assistance Program
The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) is an agreement for distribution of USDA foods between the Vermont Foodbank and Network Partners. The monthly allocation of USDA foods may vary based on what the Vermont Foodbank receives. Network Partners receiving TEFAP commodities must then divide the allocation fairly among its recipients.
