Stowe Mountain Day

April 20th was the last day of skiing and riding at Stowe Mountain Resort and it was also the day of the annual food drive for the Vermont Foodbank.  Stowe Mountain Resort encouraged skiers and riders to donate at least two canned goods to the Foodbank and in return offered a heavily discounted lift ticket.  The food drive was a huge success- 2,488 pounds of food were received!  This food will provide 1,914 meals to Vermonters in need.
