Combating hunger and poverty are issues the Vermont Foodbank works to solve everyday.  But we also stay involved with the public policy impacting these issues.  The Farm Bill and its significance for low-income people throughout our nation is important, as are decisions being made regarding food supplements for the elderly and poor working families.  

We need your help letting our elected officials know how you feel.  Your opinion matters!  We’ve seen the difference the letters, emails and phone calls from you can make when our legislators are preparing to vote.
