*MEDIA ADVISORY*
Due to the recent mold closing of Sutton School, the Vermont Foodbank is making an emergency food delivery for families in need today. Food boxes will be delivered to Wheeler’s Sports in Lyndonville and distributed by HOPE of Lyndon. Families may pick up boxes between 4 and 6 PM.
More than 70% of children who attend Sutton School receive a free or reduced lunch. Without these meals, families will have to provide an additional 10 meals a week. This comes at time when families are already struggling with increased food and fuel prices.
If your child is affected by this closing and you are in need of an emergency food box, please contact Jodi or Cindy of HOPE, (802)-626-3228
