Vermont Foodbank to Announce Major Donation from TD Banknorth to Help Fight Holiday Hunger

WHAT:           
The Vermont Foodbank will announce a $35,000 donation from TD Banknorth, just in time to help families in need during the holidays. The timely donation will help the Foodbank meet an anticipated 30 percent increase in need due to the economic downturn, high unemployment and the recent storm power loss that impacted the supplies of some local food pantries.

Take Exit 6 to South Barre
·         Go 3.8 miles down the access road (Route 63) to 4 way intersection (Route 63 and Route 14)
