Auto Craftsmen is giving away Free Brakes in exchange for Food
Montpelier – Amy Mattinat, owner of Auto Craftsman in Montpelier will give away FREE Premium Brake Pads and the labor to put them on to customers who donate at least 4 non-perishable food items. All food will be donated to the Vermont Foodbank.
The Vermont Foodbank is the state’s largest hunger relief organization, providing nearly 7 million pounds of food to more than 66,000 needy Vermonters each year. Christine Foster, Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer commented, “We are so grateful to Auto Craftsman for their dedication to our hungry neighbors. With this food drive, Auto Craftsman is fighting hunger, by feeding hope - hope that when concerned individuals and businesses work together, we can make a difference.”
Is the Brake Job going to be absolutely free?
“No-Cost-Jobs” require the use of cheap parts and a “Pad Slap,” which means to throw on cheap pads as quickly as possible. Rotors, calipers, master cylinders, brake lines and brake fluid are not examined. Cheap brake jobs have possible safety concerns, have a short life span, give poor performance, are noisy, plus they cost more in the long run! We are offering free brake pads and the labor to put them on, but the customer will pay for any other work needed to do a ‘safe brake job.’ Auto Craftsmen does not do “Pad Slaps!”
How Can They Give Away Free Brakes?
Auto Craftsmen, their vendor and the brake manufacturer partnered together to offer this special promotion for the Vermont Foodbank. That is why this offer is for a limited time. Most folks will save anywhere from $150 - $375 depending on the year, make, model and brake work needed.
For more information or to make an appointment, call 223-2253. Auto Craftsmen will provide a free brake inspection and if you need brake work, they will put on FREE Premium Brake Pads in exchange for at least four non-perishable food items. Hurry, this promotion ends MARCH 31, 2009!
