As another Hunger Action Month has come to an end, we would like take a moment to recognize the individuals and businesses who participated in Hunger Action Month.

Orange is the color of the anti-hunger movement. And to show their support in the during Hunger Action Month, business owners in the Montpelier and Brattleboro areas “went orange” for the month of September.

Participating businesses sold limited edition orange Vermont Foodbank bird stickers for $1. Each sticker sold helped the Foodbank to provide six meals for our neighbors in need. Additionally, many of these businesses decorated their storefronts and entry ways in the color orange for the whole month of September.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Vermont Foodbank’s Go Orange Campaign! Check out all the great window photos here!
