We found this great fruit and vegetable infographic on Visual News.  Grocery shopping with the seasons can ensure fresher meals, but also less expensive grocery bills.  This month, the in-season vegetables are bok choy, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, watercress, kale, parsnip and turnips.  The fruits available – from lands warmer than Vermont – include avocado, grapefruit, guava, kiwi, lemons, limes, pears and tangerines.  You can see the whole “Bountiful Year” here:
