Milk powers potential – if you have access to it. Help us promote The Great American Milk Drive at Price Chopper this June!

Right now, 1 in 6 Americans face hunger. Many rely on food banks for nutrition assistance, including more than 12 million families. Across the country—and in your community—these families are missing out on the important nutrients found in milk.

While milk is one of the top nutritious items requested by food bank clients, it’s rarely donated. In fact, on average, each food bank client receives only one gallon of milk per year while they need at least 68 gallons each year to meet the Dietary Guidelines.

That’s why we’re partnering with Feeding America and local retailers like Price Chopper on The Great American Milk Drive, a national campaign to secure highly desired gallons of nutrient-rich milk for millions of hungry families.

Please help us get the word out on social media regarding the Great American Milk Drive campaign we have running at Price Chopper during the month of June. We hope to raise 2,400 gallons of milk in New England!

How You Can Help with the Great American Milk Drive

Price Chopper is supporting The Great American Milk Drive with a donation program throughout the month of June. Customers will have the chance to make a $2 or $4 donation at checkout by picking up a voucher in the dairy aisle. You will then present the voucher at checkout like you would a coupon, but instead of deducting money from your order, the voucher will add the $2 or $4 donation to your total bill. Price Chopper will match donations up to $10,000.
