Here’s a sweet way to spend a Saturday: stop by the Waterbury Arts Fest on July 9th and sample King Arthur’s Essential Goodness Chocolate Chip Cookies. For each cookie sampled King Arthur Flour will make a donation to the Vermont Food Bank, up to $500.  The giveaway is part of a King Arthur program that benefit’s Feeding America program: Buy a Mix, Give a Meal. The company donates 11 cents for every mix sold and promises to move one million meals to people in need.
