El Cortijo and All Souls Tortilleria are partnering to celebrate All Souls Day and will be donating a $1 from each taco sold to the Vermont Foodbank and Migrant Justice.

All Souls Day is the culmination of a three day celebration to remember and commemorate the departed, which in Mexico and the desert Southwest starts on Oct 31st with Dia de los Muertos. It is traditionally celebrated with processions, feasts, stories, and offerings to the family and friends that have left us. This year, El Cortijo will celebrate by helping support our neighbors.
