Vermont Restaurant Week is a ten-day culinary adventure. From April 24-May 3, 2015, participating restaurants offer special, prix-fixe menus showcasing their chefs’ greatest dishes. The week also includes a special calendar of food-themed events.
Ten percent of the proceeds from sponsorships and 100% of special event admissions will be donated to the Vermont Foodbank. The Vermont Community Foundation will be matching all donations up to $5,000. Click here to make a donation that will be matched!
Vermont Restaurant Week is made possible by some amazing sponsors, which we’d like to highlight in this blog post. Together, they support the restaurants and businesses involved with Vermont Restaurant Week, while also playing a part in tackling hunger in Vermont.
Vermont Restaurant Week (VTRW) is produced by the amazing folks at Seven Days, the alternative weekly newspaper distributed every Wednesday in Vermont.
VTRW is presented by Vermont Federal Credit Union, a full-service, not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution that has been serving Vermonters for over 60 years.
Also, as we mentioned above, the Vermont Community Foundation is providing matching funds for donations up to $5,000. VCF is a family of hundreds of funds and foundations created by Vermonters to serve their charitable goals.
