Ingredients

  • 2 Medium sized beet, peeled

  • 3 Carrots

  • 1/4 Cup rice wine vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup sesame oil

  • 1/4 Cup sesame seeds (optional)

  1. Shred beets and carrots
  2. Add oil, vinegar, and sesame seeds. Mix and Serve!
