As we witness the start of fall here in Vermont, we see the leaves change, the weather cool down, and 3SquaresVT (also known as SNAP or food stamps) benefits continue to rise. Now, more individuals than ever will be eligible to apply for 3SquaresVT.
With the holidays around the corner, now is a good time to examine your and your family’s needs. Nearly half of American households with children have reported they are not very confident they will be able to afford the needed food over the next four weeks.
3SquaresVT is one of the most important tools we have to combat year-round hunger. If you or someone you know is interested in learning more about the program or checking your eligibility, we encourage you to check out our 3SquaresVT pages. Our Outreach Team would love to answer your questions and assist you through the application process.
