Vermont Foodbank is the state’s largest hunger-relief organization, providing nutritious food through a network of more than 300 community partners – food shelves, meal sites, senior centers, after-school programs, schools and hospitals. The Foodbank is a member of Feeding America, and we provide about 12 million pounds of food annually to people throughout Vermont. Our Compensation Philosophy

Vermont Foodbank is committed to ensuring a transparent and equitable compensation program for all staff that is directly linked to our mission, vision and values. This includes a commitment to creating an organization and community where everyone has the resources and tools they need to take action to eliminate hunger and poverty.

Our goal is to attract, retain, and engage a committed and diverse workforce. We commit to providing an employment environment that promotes wellness, supports development opportunities, and provides pay and benefits (or total compensation) that enable individuals and families to thrive.
