The Foodbank is a member of Feeding America, and we provide about 12 million pounds of food annually to people throughout Vermont. Our Compensation Philosophy

Vermont Foodbank is committed to ensuring a transparent and equitable compensation program for all staff that is directly linked to our mission, vision and values.
